Situated in the heart of the city centre, The Lighthouse is a 5 minute walk from both Central and Queen Street train stations, St Enoch and Buchanan St subway stations and a 10 minute walk from Buchanan St bus terminal. An NCP car park is located on Mitchell Street adjacent to The Lighthouse.

The Lighthouse is Scotland's centre for architecture, design and the city housed in Charles Rennie Mackintosh's converted 1895 Glasgow Herald newspaper office. At The Lighthouse we believe good design makes life better and that good design is for everyone; this is the basis for everything we do. Come and explore the centre and let us show you how powerful architecture and design can be.
